Nicole Nielsen

I’m excited to be back teaching at Ivy Hall Academy. From 2012-2019, I was 4^th grade teacher for the school. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University. I have been trained in the Leader in Me program, the Gold Standard Project Based Learning, and the Trust Based Relational Intervention model. I center my class on the power of Growth Mindset and the three main components of the Leader in Me program: Academics, Leadership, and Culture.

I grew up in Sacramento, California and came to Utah for college. I love Utah’s beautiful skies and mountains. My husband is a Provo City Police officer and we have 4 amazing children. All 4 of my children attended Ivy Hall Academy and are grateful to be a part of the school’s history and alumni.
