Miriam Beazer

I am excited to be teaching math at Ivy Hall! I love math and think it can be really beautiful. I love helping students understand and enjoy math in their own way. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in both Math and Math Education from Brigham Young University in 2019 and will graduate with a Master’s degree in Math in August, 2021.

I have tutored several subjects in math including prealgebra, algebra I, precalculus, calculus I, calculus II, multivariable calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach algebra 2 and precalculus as a student teacher and to teach calculus 1 as a graduate student.

When I’m not doing math, I enjoy knitting and crocheting, doing puzzles, and playing games with my family.
