Lauren Ellison

Hello! I’m Lauren, and one of the easiest ways to get to know me is to ask, “What are you reading right now?” You never know what the answer might be—perhaps some lighthearted, young adult fiction or a study of medieval, female, Christian mystics—but I’ll always have an answer. I’m excited, as the new reading specialist, to help students at Ivy Hall develop their own relationships with books. When I’m not reading I love to play games with my family, walk my dog, Scout, snuggle my guinea pig, Theophilus, and travel. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a master’s in Counseling and Guidance, and am almost done with a second master’s in Biblical Studies.
